Parco del Piano di Magadino Foundation
The Cantonal Utilization Plan for the Parco del Piano di Magadino (PUC-PPdM) was approved and enacted by the Grand Council which, on December 18, 2014, ratified all documents comprising the PUC-PPdM, including the report concerning the Park Authority (Council of State Message no. 6648 of June 5, 2012).
The PUC-PPdM stipulates that the Park Authority shall have the legal form of a Foundation pursuant to Art. 80 of the Swiss Civil Code and that the Council of State shall appoint the members of the Foundation Board (Art. 5 of the Foundation’s statutes).
The composition of the Foundation Board is defined by Art. 10 of the implementation rules of the PUC-PPdM and is as follows:
